Yes - every paid plan includes weekly citation monitoring across ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini with no API keys to bring: 10 tracked prompts on Starter, 25 on Growth, 100 on Agency. One honest caveat: we query the engines' APIs, whose retrieval and system prompts can differ from the consumer apps, so treat results as a consistent trend line rather than a screenshot of chatgpt.com.
What happens if I go over my plan limits?
You keep working. Prompts, on-demand audits, and sites soft-cap: go past your allowance and the extra units are metered at $1/prompt/mo, $5/audit, and $10/site/mo, up to 2x your allowance. Nothing ever fails mid-report.
Does the one-time audit include monitoring?
No - it is one full-detail audit with PDF export, nothing recurring. But start any subscription within 30 days and the $99 is credited against your first month. (The credit and the 14-day refund are alternatives: a credited audit can't also be refunded, and a refunded one carries no credit.)
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade any time and get prorated credit for the remaining billing period. Downgrade takes effect at the next renewal.
Is there a refund policy?
14-day refund window on any paid tier. Email support@citevera.com from the address you used at checkout with a short reason and we process the refund through Freemius, our payment provider.
What counts as a "site" for the site-count quota?
One registered hostname. Subdomains (docs.example.com, app.example.com) count separately. Talk to sales if you need more than 25.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards and PayPal, processed by Freemius as merchant of record - which also means proper VAT invoices for EU customers, handled automatically. For larger Agency deployments, contact sales about invoicing.
