Citevera provides AI search readiness audits as a Service. By using Citevera you agree to these Terms. The Service is provided as-is without warranty. Our liability is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid in the prior 12 months or (b) $100 USD.

You own your data and the URLs you submit. You grant us a limited license to crawl the URLs you submit and to store the resulting audit reports on your behalf. We use the public robots.txt of each target to identify crawl permissions and respect them.

All paid tiers carry a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase - email support@citevera.com from the address you used at checkout. One-time audits whose purchase price has been credited toward a subscription are not refundable, and a refunded one-time audit is not eligible for the subscription credit - the two benefits are alternatives, not a combination. Subscriptions can also be cancelled any time from your billing portal and will end at the current period end.
